At Scratch Dreams, we want you to love your gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

•  Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

•  Personalized or custom-made items (if any) are non-returnable.

•  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return

1.  Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

2.  Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

3.  We will inspect the return and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
