Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Times

•  Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (US domestic)

•  Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery

We ship from our fulfillment partners across the US to provide the fastest possible delivery. International shipping is available to select countries — rates and times are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (US only).

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
